Confrontational and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Showed no kindness, empathy or compassion despite seeing how upset and distressed I was. ‘If you don’t have all these bloods, you don’t get your tablets’, ‘hold your arm still or I can’t take the bloods’, refused to speak to my doctor at my request. I was promised a specific treatment regime and this hasn’t been followed. Huffing, puffing and tutting

Felt very comfortable. Everything was explained properly. Warm and friendly vibes and everything went smoothly. Very happy. Was seen straight away. Lovely nurses/midwives.
